Little Red

EDIT: My Illustration professor gave me some advice what to fix and improve, so here is an updated version.
The wolf is not as dark, there is more than one red mushroom in the picture to guide the eye through it
and Red Riding Hood's cape is a little more red than magenta. Also, more bushes in the background. ~

What if the little girl had a smartphone in her hand
and was more educated in terms of weirdos lurking behind trees...
I guess the fairytale would have played out differently!

This is my first homework for illustration class. We were supposed to come up with something
witty for the fairytale Red Riding Hood and this is one of the two illustrations I did.
It's was done with Pitt artist pens and Schminche watercolour, which are really great tools, but
I am still quite bad at traditional art. See this as a tryout. ~
